To promote charitable activities and excellence in community affairs within the City of Rio Rancho and the surrounding communities in Sandoval County and Albuquerque’s Westside. The Foundation is not organized to promote the educational activities of the Rio Rancho Public Schools or in any way promote fundraising for the Rio Rancho Public Schools.
