Project Manager - KAFB
Principal Accountabilities: (essential job functions):            

1.       Responsible for the implementation of all operational policies and procedures. 

2.       Organizes the contracts efforts and delegate responsibilities to subordinates to insure effective performance of all contracts requirements.

3.       The Project Manager will be available during normal facility operating hours to react to all government concerns and directives.

4.       Monitors contracts performance. 

5.       Oversees and review training programs for all employees.

6.       Plans, develops, implements, and coordinates procedures to insure contracts specifications of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) are met.

7.       Plans and develops cost reduction programs and procedures.

8.       Maintains a viable work force within budget.

9.       Plans, develops, and monitors Quality Control.

10.   Develops and engineers task analysis of job functions.

11.   Insures labor force is maintained within established percents and utilized properly.

12.   Administers personnel policies and procedures and insures their compliance.

13.   Insures a safe and healthy work environment.

14.   Participates in placements of persons with disabilities into various contracts.

15.   Under the direction of the Director of Contracts, develops contracts leads to the point of document preparation for submitting bid.

16.   Responsible for start-up of new projects, including but not limited to, hiring, purchasing supplies, developing procedures, job descriptions, etc.

17.   Evaluates performance of supervisory employees.

18.   Complies with applicable LifeROOTS policies and procedures.

19.   Exercises personnel authority with respect to employment, training, salary changes, performance appraisals and termination of assigned staff members.

20.   Responsible for participation in the company’s quality improvement program and ensures that all department - applicable quality improvement requirements are fulfilled.

21.   Responsible for participation in the company’s financial management and ensures that all department - applicable fiscal responsibilities are fulfilled.

22.   Responsible for participation in the company’s Health and Safety program and ensure that all department- applicable safety requirements are fulfilled.

23.   Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director of Contracts.

Essential Skills and Experience:

1.       BA/BS degree in Housekeeping Management, Business Administration or related field with appropriate experience or;

2.       A minimum of five years of progressively responsible work experience in custodial private and governmental management.

3.       Participation in recent continuing education programs related to Federal Contract Services, per licensing requirements.

4.       Fundamental understanding of LifeROOTS, Inc. policies.

Conditions of Employment:

1.    Fingerprints and background check.

2.    Must have a valid and current driver's license with good driving record and must have current auto insurance as required by applicable state law.

3.    Routinely operates a company vehicle or a personal vehicle while on company business.

4.    Must be at least 18 years of age.

Salary Range:  
$36,000 to $49,400
