We are looking for energetic and passionate Independent Contractors to join our team of professionals providing Occupational, Physical or Speech-language Therapy services to families in our Early Intervention program.
Scope of Services:
The New Mexico Family Infant Toddler (FIT) Program uses a transdisciplinary team approach when possible. That means if more than one provider is working with a child and family, those professionals work together to support the child and family. They conduct co-visits and talk with each other in-between visits to discuss ways to work with the family to support the child’s overall development. That includes cross-disciplinary sharing of information and training. All teams are led by a Family Service Coordinator. Team members may include a Developmental Specialist, Speech-language therapist, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Dietician and/or a Family Support Specialist.
