1. Bachelor’s
degree in accounting or finance with 3-5 years of experience. Equivalent years of experience may be considered.
2. A
good working knowledge of cost accounting or fund accounting in a nonprofit
setting
3. Well
versed in Quickbooks desktop or on-line.
4. Experience
in housing and related development a plus.
5. Excellent
written and oral communication skills
6. Strong
computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, and other accounting
software.
7. Ability
to multitask, handle multiple interruptions, and meet deadlines.
8. Ability
to empathize with clients and the barriers they might face.
9. Ability
to maintain positive working relationships.
