The Executive Director is responsible for implementing a 10-year business plan intended to culminate in the formation of professional wheelchair basketball leagues in the United States.  Key elements of this plan include public education, advocacy, player recruitment, event organizing, property development and management and website maintenance and development.  The Executive Director will be expected to develop and implement budgets and oversee the job performance of other employees.
